What the job involves - The Experience Lead at JLL is responsible for creating and delivering exceptional employee experience programs and services specifically for the Google Bay Area account. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. The Experience Lead will play a critical role in enhancing employee engagement, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the account's objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of employee experience programs and initiatives for the Google Bay Area account.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations for employee experience.Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.Implement innovative programs, events, and activities that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.Coordinate and support the logistics of employee events and activities, ensuring seamless execution and a remarkable experience.Manage relationships with vendors and external partners to deliver high-quality employee experience services.Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.Analyze employee experience data and insights to develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align employee experience initiatives with organizational goals.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding employee experience programs and resources.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee experience, incorporating innovative ideas into programs and initiatives.Monitor and manage the employee experience budget, ensuring effective utilization of resources.Foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders associated with the Google Bay Area account.Verify accuracy and integrity of employee experience data, ensuring appropriate documentation and controls are in place.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.Proven experience in employee experience, employee engagement, or a related role, preferably in a large organization.Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Excellent understanding of employee experience principles and best practices.Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative ideas for employee experience programs and activities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze employee experience data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire employees at all levels.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in collaboration and productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office, project management software, and employee experience platforms.Knowledge of real estate or property management industry is a plus.Estimated total compensation for this position:
143,600.00 – 188,720.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
