Experience Manager Job ID 195389 Posted 17-Dec-2024 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative, Communications/Public Relations, Property Management Location(s) New York - New York - United States of America, New York City - New York - United States of America **About The Role:** As a CBRE Workplace Experience Manager, you will be focused on curating, executing and evolving the tenant experience at a newly redeveloped Class A office asset in Midtown Manhattan, NYC. Working alongside the GM of the building, you will work in partnership with the client and our operator network to build relationships across the building, deliver amazing experiences on-site, and drive utilization of the building amenity space. **What You’ll Do:** + Ensure hospitality standards are implemented and upheld across the amenity team on site at the asset + Provide coaching and guidance to on-site tenant amenity team members to further develop their hospitality mindset + Partner with the on-site property management team to embed hospitality values across building operations + Act as the face of the amenity and key point of contact for tenant communications + Assist in the management of a tenant CRM platform to ensure accurate and complete profiles are available to support tenant relationships + Manage all aspects of program execution including budgeting, vendor management, onsite execution and reporting + Manage the day-to-day operations of the on-site tenant amenity space including ensuring the space is clean and well maintained + Manage bookings and sales for meeting rooms and event spaces + Manage operating expenses for the amenity space + Manage the execution of booked meetings and events including set up, catering, AV support and guest relations + Manage the ordering, restocking, receiving and inventory of amenity and event supplies in a timely manner, avoiding outages, while managing COGs efficiently. + Assist in the diligent aggregation of tenant experience metrics and customer satisfaction surveys related to the amenity center + Utilize aggregated data and analytics to make recommendations on program improvements **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. + Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. + Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Events Manager position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Events Manager position is $98,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
