Experience Manager Job ID 202034 Posted 17-Jan-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Property Management Location(s) Manhattan - New York - United States of America, New York City - New York - United States of America **About The Role:** As a CBRE Experience Manager, you will be responsible for curating, executing and evolving the tenant experience throughout the onsite amenity of a Class A office asset in NYC. Reporting into the GM of the building, this role will work in partnership with the client and our operator network to build relationships with tenants throughout the building, deliver amazing experiences on-site, and drive utilization of the building amenity space .This is a full-time on-site position in Midtown Manhattan. **What You'll Do:** General Tenant Experience Management + Build strong bonds with occupiers ensuring their experiences are personalized and their days are productive. + Monitor trends on an established cadence that allow both internal teams and asset managers the ability to understand the business and adjust practices when deemed necessary. + Ensure experience engagement reporting is submitted on time and executed in adherence with standards + Consistently identify ways to improve the systems and processes to ensure optimized operations and experiences. + If necessary, provide assistance with new tenant move-ins, onboarding and in-office services when asked. + Assist leasing teams in highlighting the benefits of the building’s amenities including tours and lease gifting programs. + Own the tenant onboarding process so new building occupants are aware of the services and amenities provided. Community Programming and Building Communications + Directly manage and execute a dynamic calendar of events for the tenants of the building focused on strategic values that build community and engagement. + Oversee the implementation of all aspects of the community events including budgeting, vendor management, onsite execution and reporting. + Assist in creating and execution of event marketing strategies and content including updating tenant mobile app, digital and physical signage, and building newsletter according to the building brand identity standards. + Ensure digital and physical communication methods (mobile app/digital signage, physical signage etc.) are up to date and functioning appropriately. Service Culture + Identify and execute key hospitality processes and operations that support both our occupiers, our guests, and our greater building teams experience. + Be a champion for implementing standards steps of service and hospitality principles established and taught by the CBRE Learning & Development team. + Model and deliver on any new hospitality standards related to new products and services both internally and to the rest of the building team. + Confidently, empathetically and professionally communicate and resolve issues with all building stakeholders. Ultimately you take on the responsibility of your building teams to make situations better including follow up and tracking. + Deliver on both the team and occupier Surprise & Delight monthly standards. Marketing Support + Manage relationship with contracted marketing and media vendors. Conduct bidding process, negotiate prices and select vendors for needed services. + Serve as local office contact for advertising and promotion. + Identify, coordinate and facilitate promotional events. + Coordinate the development, production and distribution of print/web collateral materials. + Communicate effectively with staff, tenants, public, corporate management and ownership. Keep stakeholders apprised of marketing activities and results through periodic reports, newsletters and ongoing correspondence. + Review materials to ensure compliance with company standards for use of logo, branding and other print media requirements. + Support tenant retention through the development of tenant merchandizing and promotional initiatives. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Experience Manager position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Experience Manager position is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
