Lead by example, coaching and mentoring your team to deliver excellent service. + **Conduct Inspections:** Perform site inspections to ensure adherence to security protocols and post orders. Address any concerns and make sure our clients are always satisfied with our services. + **Client & Team Interaction:** Work closely with branch management, clients, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates, troubleshoot problems, and assist in security planning and assessments. + **Training & Development:** Help develop a skilled and motivated team by providing training, development, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive, professional environment that promotes teamwork and mutual respect. + **On-the-Spot Leadership:** Respond to incidents, provide service coverage, and ensure all shifts are filled as needed.
