Are you an experienced security professional looking for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity? We are searching for a dedicated Full-Time Security Field Inspector to oversee security operations, conduct site inspections, and ensure the highest standards of safety and service across multiple client sites. This is an exciting role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining a safe and secure environment while leading a team of security officers.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead & Supervise: Take charge of security operations across various sites, ensuring that security officers are performing to the highest standards. Lead by example, coaching and mentoring your team to deliver excellent service. Conduct Inspections: Perform site inspections to ensure adherence to security protocols and post orders. Address any concerns and make sure our clients are always satisfied with our services. Client & Team Interaction: Work closely with branch management, clients, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates, troubleshoot problems, and assist in security planning and assessments. Training & Development: Help develop a skilled and motivated team by providing training, development, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive, professional environment that promotes teamwork and mutual respect. On-the-Spot Leadership: Respond to incidents, provide service coverage, and ensure all shifts are filled as needed. You’ll be the first line of defense when problems arise.What We’re Looking For:
Experience: You’ve got at least 4 years of solid security experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role. Licenses: You have a valid Security Guard License and Driver’s License—essential for this role. Transportation: A reliable car is a must, as you’ll be moving between sites. Availability: You’re open to working flexible hours, including: Monday & Friday: 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM Saturday & Sunday: 1:00 AM – 1:00 PM Skills & Qualities: You have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
