Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Experience Design Strategist to join a consumer facing design team. This team will be working to support a recently launched initiative aligned to a customer centric portfolio, so candidates must have a strong understanding delivering design work focused on customer centricity. They will be working to stand up a center of excellence within an established design practice which will focus on the customer journey and the strategy behind creative cohesive and fluent digital products. We are seeking a candidate with a background in service design and strategy who has end to end experience with UX design and understand customer market insights. This candidate will be supporting stakeholder relationships across multiple business units and teams to gather insights and then synthesize and analyze the data to come up with design recommendations for product groups. Candidates will be supporting application strategy with a design lens, creating innovative ways to approach a customer centric portfolio and support big picture thinking when it comes to data and how it connects the dots between the business needs and the design teams. Candidates should be comfortable managing stakeholder relationships, outreach to internal partners, and presenting design finding and solutions to team members. Candidates should have a strong background understanding large ecosystems of customer facing products, as well as established relationships cross functionally to help others understand design in the product lifecycle. This candidate should be curious, ask great questions, function both collaboratively and independently, as well as be comfortable with outreach and organization of multiple groups. This role will require some hands on design, such as quick mockups, information architecture, wireframes or flow diagrams that would be implemented in slides and shared internally to help explain the design problem or solution to other stakeholders. This role will require design chops, out of the box design thinking and will not be focused on the visual/UI aspects of design.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of UX Design Strategy or Service Design Strategy supporting enterprise ecosystems
Experience with strategy sessions and working with stakeholders, building stakeholder relationships to align on design initiatives and decisions
Strong understanding of design processes, customer facing digital products and architecture
Ability to keep documentation organized to create repeatable and transferable processes from a design perspective
Hands on with system based blueprints, journey mapping and flows, information architecture
Hands on building Google Slide decks to present design findings, solutions and story tell to other stakeholders so they understand the design ecosystem
Understanding of creating strategy from a design lens for digital applications
Portfolio with up to date work that shows process and full work flow Data skills with excel workflows
Knowledge of go to market strategies from a design perspective null
