Experience Team (Front of House)

Lavish Roots is a renowned catering and hospitality company dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to join our team as "Experience Team Members" for the Front of House (FOH) position. As an integral part of our establishment, you will have the opportunity to interact with guests, showcase your interpersonal skills, and contribute to the preparation of various food items. Shifts available: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, 1 pm - 9:30 pm, or 2 pm - 10:30 pm

Locations available: Seattle (Sodo), Bellevue (Spring District), Redmond (Willows Corridor)

Pay range: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on skill, experience, and/or education ***See levels below.

Front of House Representive level 1 $22.00-$25.00

Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

Greet guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Accommodate guest requests promptly and courteously. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer inquiries about menu items.

Friendly Demeanor:

Demonstrate a friendly and engaging personality, ensuring guests feel valued and comfortable. Create a positive and inviting environment for both guests and fellow team members.

Food Prep

Prepare breakfast items, including fruits, vegetables, deli meats, sliced cheeses, salads, dressings, and vinaigrettes. Adhere to standardized recipes and techniques to maintain consistency and quality. Ensure that all food items are presented in an appetizing manner.

Station Setup and Maintenance:

Set up and stock all FOH stations and equipment efficiently. Break down and clean stations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ensure accurate and visible display of food cards. Polish and stock silverware, bowls, plates, cups, mugs, etc.

Team Collaboration:

Assist other stations during service as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist in prepping ahead to maintain a constant supply of food items.
