Experience Technology Manager
Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Experience Technology Manager. **What you’ll do:** The Experience Technology, Manager is a member of the Marketing Technology team and is focused on delivering global strategic capabilities that increase customer digital conversions across the online customer journey. This role is instrumental to helping Eaton grow revenue by using data, processes and technologies to connect and personalize Eaton's digital experience. Serving as optimization and testing platform expert, this role inspires and educates Eaton marketers about how to plan and activate personalization and testing events using Adobe Target and related technologies. This role will also provide strategic direction on other customer experience technologies that support an effective digital visitor journey. By combining storytelling, with journey maps, empathy models, and customer data, this role delivers Eaton customers and content consumers across multiple digital and analog touchpoints with relevant information, at the time of need, that makes their task or buying decision easier. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing, business or related field required. + Minimum of 5 years of experience working with marketing teams to plan and deploy digital experience campaigns across multiple channels, and demonstrated success engaging targeted audiences. + Fluent English **Skills:** Proficiency using testing and optimization tools such as Adobe Target. Familiarity with CMS platforms like AEM, marketing automation platforms, digital analytics tools, and campaign planning systems. Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
