Your success is our success\. **Description** We are hiringimmediatelyfor aA&P\(Airframe & Powerplant\) mechanicor AMT\(Aircraft Maintenance Technician\)\.This role is critical to our mission, so we are offering up to a **$15,000 Sign** **Bonus\.** **What you will be doing as an A & P Mechanic:** You can expect to conduct thorough inspections, maintenance,modifications,and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraftaircraftmodels\. Your responsibilities may include\(but are not limited to\): **Mechanical Duties** : Perform a variety of mechanical tasks on variousaircraftmodels, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment ofaircraftsystems to prepare for flight and delivery\. **Engine and Airframe Maintenance:** Perform troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of turbine engines, including engine run\-ups\. Carry out airframe system andcomponentchanges, systems checkout, and install service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines\. **Use of Tools and Equipment** :Utilizeequipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and various hand tools to repair ormodifysystems or assemblies\. **What you need to be successful:** High school education or GEDrequired A&P LicenseRequired Knowledge of 100\-hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures as per FAR 43 isrequired\. Must have knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems\. **EXPERIENCE:** * Requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience with diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification,aircraft/flight maintenance or airframe sheet metal maintenance\. * Preferred experience in a customer service facility performing inspections and repair of aircraft\. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Must be able to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Badge through the local airport authority \(if applicable\)\. **_The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this job\.
