Your Role:

Deliver high-quality ABA services using evidence-based practices tailored to each child’s needs. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Train and mentor less experienced staff, sharing your knowledge and best practices. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of progress and data collection. Foster a positive, engaging environment that encourages learning and growth.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA services, with a strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders. Certifications: Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
