Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)Equipment Setup: Assisting with the setup and maintenance of welding equipment, including welding machines, torches, and protective gear.Material Handling: Transporting and moving materials and workpieces within the shop using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment, ensuring they are positioned safely and securely for welding.Welding: Welding and assembling aluminum airport ramps by holding or clamping workpieces in place during welding, and adjusting welding parameters as directed.Experienced Aluminum Welder Qualifications:
Must have at least 1+ years of TIG and MIG welding on aluminumMust be able to pass a welding test Must be able to lift 75 pounds Must have own welding hood and glovesMust have a reliable record of attendance and longevity at previous positionsMust be able to work four 10 hour shifts3 day weekend!!!Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
