About the department:
ING Corporate Finance advises on M&A transactions, including buy side and sell side deals, strategic advisory assignments and capital raisings. The team supports the ING client base across many sectors, with a focus on transportation and infrastructure, food and agriculture, energy, telecom, media and technology (TMT). Corporate Finance is a growing M&A platform in New York that is part of a dynamic global team that also operates out of ING’s offices in London, Amsterdam, Madrid, Brussels, Frankfurt, Manila, Hong Kong and Singapore.
The Analyst III M&A role offers a mix of hands-on M&A transaction experience across industries and deal size ranges, with the majority having a cross-border aspect. You will work with other team members globally in the analysis, financial modelling, negotiation, sourcing, and managing of M&A transactions on behalf on ING’s clients, both financial sponsors and corporates. ING is seeking candidates that have some M&A experience already and are keen to progress their careers in the investment banking industry in a growing M&A platform. During the initial orientation period, you will receive initial training to introduce you to ING and the regulatory, legal and compliance components of your job. Thereafter and throughout your early career, you will participate in various trainings that will help build your hard and soft skills.

Base Salary Range: $105,000-$115,000
