Deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism, using evidence-based interventions to support skill-building, independence, and positive behaviors. Collaborate with our clinical team to implement individualized care plans that make a real difference in our clients’ lives. Document your sessions accurately with cutting-edge electronic tools to track progress and help ensure the highest standards of care. Build meaningful relationships with both clients and their families, fostering an environment of trust, respect, and support.Who We’re Looking For:
A passionate advocate for children with Autism who’s eager to make a difference. Patience and compassion in every interaction—especially in challenging moments. An RBT certification (or the ability to obtain it before starting). A willingness to learn and grow, as we provide plenty of opportunities to expand your skill set. A commitment to helping children and families thrive—this position is ideal for those seeking long-term impact and a 6-month commitment.Additional Details:
Location: Services provided in clients' homes or in community-based settings, offering a variety of work environments (General Location: East Brunswick, NJ). Part-time positions with the flexibility to fit your life. The schedules migh change depending of the clients necessities.
