What You'll Do as a Crane Installer:

Read and understand blueprints and project layoutMeasure, layout and install to exact specificationsUse of lasers and other means of measuring toolsFollow directions and communicate with othersUse of hand tools for bolting and connecting membersTravel long distances in company trucks with co-workersAbility to work from heights out of aerial lifts and from structures with proper anchorage and tie-off points

Work Experience

Preferred Candidate Might:

High school diploma or equivalentExperience in Stick and Mig welding or constructionProficient in industry tools and equipment, such as hand and power tools and welding devices
