The Lead Server @ Drake Terrace delivers exemplary dining service to residents and guests, ensuring that their dining experience is professional as well as warm and inviting.
This is a full-time position, Friday-Tuesday, 11:30am-7:30pm.
Pay range: $21-23/hr
Hiring bonus: $500
What will I do every day?
Promote a hospitality focused culture in all dining venuesServe as liaison between guests, residents and kitchen staffCreate a climate of hospitality through coaching, mentoring and team-buildingRecord production and operational data as requiredAssist in the creation of effective schedules
