Drives effective and efficient implementation and execution of the Fab1 Quality Management system’s business processes. Supports the Fab quality certification according to ISO9001 / IATF16949. Essential Responsibilities + Works as internal quality audit lead auditor based on ISO9001 / IATF16949 and VDA6.3. + Drives systematic follow-up and improvement for internally and externally detected audit findings via structured problem solving and improvement projects. + Shows initiative and creativity to drive significant improvement for existing processes and methods, leads development and implementation. Solves complex, novel and non-recurring problems. + Ability to break down information for internal or external customers and certification bodies in a systematic and communicable manner. + Shows mastery of many aspects within one technical discipline, with group-wide recognition as a senior member of a technical team. Other Responsibilities + Works on small projects or on tasks in large projects and assignments. + Trains and guides others on quality processes, core tools, and technical skills as needed. + Participates in and/or leads (project) teams. + Performs all activities in a safe and responsible manner and supports all Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
