Key Responsibilities
Surveillance Monitoring: Oversee security systems, including cameras and alarms, to detect and address potential threats. Incident Response: Act swiftly to alarms or alerts, assess situations, and escalate when necessary per established procedures. Access Control Management: Monitor and control secure area access, ensuring compliance with authorization protocols. Coordination & Communication: Maintain real-time communication with on-site teams, management, and emergency responders during incidents. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports of security activities, observations, and incidents. Equipment Maintenance: Check and report any technical issues with SOC systems to ensure operational efficiency. Emergency Support: Assist in organizing responses to emergencies such as breaches, medical events, or evacuations.Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a SOC, security, or related field is required. Proficient in computer systems, particularly surveillance and access control technologies. Keen attention to detail with the ability to focus during overnight shifts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and maintain composure in high-pressure scenarios. Must successfully pass a background check and meet all relevant licensing requirements.MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private). With a Valid Driver's License in Good Standing
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
