Job Location: UK wideJob Type: PermanentRemuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualificationsWe have a fantastic opportunity for Experienced Home Claims Handlers in the UKWith a strong background in property claims handling, you will support our clients and customers while showcasing your technical knowledge. You'll also join our development programme to achieve Cert CILA and BDMA qualifications, preparing you to handle claims up to £100,000.
Key responsibilities include being the main contact for customers and suppliers, resolving complaints, writing decision letters, managing claims and projects, and overseeing costs and payments. Video technology will help you view properties and liaise with suppliers on-site.
Successful candidates will deliver high technical quality and customer satisfaction with maximum efficiency. You should be an excellent communicator, self-motivated, disciplined, flexible, and enthusiastic about industry-leading technology.

The skills you will have when you apply:Experience in managing claims across multiple clients: Previous experience in a claims environment is essential.
Excellent communication skills: You will interact with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders. You’ll need to explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements for all parties involved.
Commitment to professional development: A dedication to working towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA qualification is essential.
