Job Summary:
Repair drywall, plaster, and Paint guest rooms and open space. Maintain assets inside and outside of guest rooms and common areas (including common areas, mechanical rooms, kitchen, HVAC, etc….). Ensure all areas are safe for guest and employee usage.

Job Responsibilities:
Repair or replace drywall in common spaces and guest rooms. Plaster and texturize walls to match existing walls. Prime and paint all repaired surfaces.
Attend to any work orders, guest requests, housekeeping requests, front desk requests, and room calls.
Maintain all Facilities and Operating Systems in a safe and efficient working order (ie. Auto doors, exit doorways, required snow/ garbage removal). Will require lifting of 20 Lbs or more.
Complete assigned tasks in a safe, timely manner. Work with outside contractors to provide necessary improvements or maintenance as directed. Carry ladder up and down stairs with required tools (may exceed 20 lbs). May require lifting arms above head and shoulders to work in ceiling (i.e. small leaks, electrical shorts, replace motors). Maintain records of all work activities and support materials Provide written reports to other departments as needed. Provide for safe disposal of all waste material. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles Keep work area in safe, secure and efficient manner. Work with other departments when directed. Keep track of supplies and fill out requisitions for needed supplies. Assist with preventative maintenance in common areas, back of house and guest rooms
Job Requirements:
Strong communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
High School Diploma, Tech or Trade School
Experience in Maintenance and Construction related Field preferred.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Valid CO. License
Have a strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
Willing to work with changing shift schedules
Able to work in all environments (indoor/outdoor) and weather conditions
The expected pay range is $22.00 - $26.03. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
