Job Summary:
The Management Advisory Services Manager will be part of a Management Advisory Services team supporting projects in the areas of ERP Integration, Software Selection/Implementation, and Business Process Improvement in addition to Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts.
Job Duties:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises the day-to-day workload of MAS Senior Associates and Associates on assigned engagements and reviews work product Ensures MAS Senior Associates and Associates are trained on all relevant software Evaluates the performance of MAS Senior Associates and Associates and assists in the development of goals and objectives to enhance professional development Delivers periodic performance feedback and completes performance evaluations for MAS Senior Associates and Associates in accordance with Firm guidance Acts as mentor to MAS Senior Associates and Associates, as appropriate
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree, required; degree with a focus in Technology, preferredExperience:
Six (6) plus years of professional experience as a Project Manager required Client facing consulting experience, preferred Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills, required Strong project planning, scoping and management skills, required Strong business process analysis & design and process flow skills, required Oil and gas industry experience, preferredLicense/Certifications:
PMI PMP certification, preferredSoftware:
ERP consulting experience, preferred Knowledge of PMP, preferredLanguage:
N/AOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details Capable of successfully multi-tasking while working independently or within a group environment Capable of working well under pressure while dealing with unexpected problems in a professional mannerIndividual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. National Range: $90,000 - $170,000 Maryland Range: $90,000 - $170,000 Colorado Range: $90,000 - $170,000 Washington DC Range: $90,000 - $170,000 NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $90,000 - $170,000
