This project will be directly relevant to a specific aspect of your assignment area. Employees in this role work on strategic pre-assigned projects over the course of a summer. Projects are relevant to a particular aspect of the respective area of the employee's assignment and related to the commercial strategy of the respective business area. Employees in this role complete a formal presentation near the end of summer to a team of NextEra Energy senior executives. Other required activities include team building, training, networking, and community outreach engagements. Eligible candidates must be enrolled full time at a university-based school of business, pursuing an MBA and graduating in a forthcoming academic year.
