Experienced New Homes Sales Consultant

David Weekley Homes is currently seeking highly motivated, experienced New Home Sales professional to be part of our Nashville Team. We're looking for people that realize the importance of this role & how it impacts not only the company, but the experience that our customers have in their home buying experience.  We offer a work environment that encourages our team to serve our customers, both internal & external.  Enjoy comprehensive training, a great team environment and an excellent benefits package. 

Job responsibilities:

Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goalsMaintaining a high level of customer satisfactionProspecting, marketing & promoting new businessFollow up with prospects throughout the sales processMaintaining a relationship with the Realtor communityWorking & communicating effectively with customers & team members throughout the sales, construction & warranty phasesUnderstanding the loan processAbility to work weekends, evenings & some holidays required*
QualificationsNew Home Sales experience required.Must hold an active Tennessee Real Estate License.Proven closing/negotiating skillsPrevious new home sales experience preferred, or 2+ years sales experience in high-end salesStrong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in pictures.Great listening skills & creative problem-solving abilitiesA proven background in prospectingProactive follow-up with prospective customersAbility to work as part of a team, as well as individuallyStrong organizational skillsMarketing strategiesA high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy levelCommitment to IntegrityAbility to prioritize & multi-task
