**Qualifications and Skills** Must have experience in Sandblasting: As a sandblaster, your job is to **remove paint, rust, and other material build-ups from rough surfaces using specialized equipment that sprays abrasive materials** . The material is typically a mixture of coarse sand and compressed air. High pressure forces the mixture through a hose to smooth or clean the surface. + Report to work every scheduled workday and give their best effort to do quality work and show pride in a job well done. + Follow all safety policies and protocol and report safety hazards to their supervisor. + Make the effort to learn different tasks and operate varied machinery. + Understand they need to be flexible to do whatever tasks need to be done to meet customer needs. Must have experience with and know how to use: + Measuring equipment such as pie tapes, tape measures, dial indicators, calipers and various gauges. + Hand tools such as hammers, wrenches, pliers, etc. + Computer skills are a plus as we use a shop software for work orders. + **Must be able to work outside** 2- 5 years of manual machining experience is preferred.
