Responsibilities: + Diagnose and perform repairs on all Stellantis-brand vehicles. + Conduct routine maintenance and multi-point inspections. + Use advanced diagnostic equipment and service software. + Communicate findings and repairs to service advisors. Qualifications: + Stellantis Certified Technician (preferred) or willingness to complete certification. + Minimum 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician. + ASE Certifications (preferred) + Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a flat-rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
