You’ll be: + Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements for senior-level and niche roles, ensuring alignment with company goals. + Developing and executing creative sourcing plans that leverage databases, Boolean searches, and market insights to identify top talent. + Conducting pre-screening phone interviews to assess candidates for their skill set, competencies, and cultural fit.
