We have an opportunity for an Experienced Technical Support Professional to join us at Honeywell in CAIRO, EGY. To be successful in this role, you need to have 3+ years of proven experience in technical support or a similar role and expertise\nin commercial security technologies and products: Access Control, CCTV and\nIntrusion products.

As an Experienced Technical Support Professional -\nCommercial Security at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide\nexpert technical facilitation to our customers in the Commercial Security\nbusiness unit. You will be accountable for resolving complex technical issues,\nserving as a subject matter expert in commercial security technologies, and\ndelivering exceptional customer service. Your strong problem-solving skills and\nexcellent communication abilities will be crucial in ensuring customer\nsatisfaction and driving business growth. You will report directly to our\nTechnical Support Manager and you'll work out of our Cairo, Egypt office\nlocation. In this role, you will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction,\nteam performance, and the success of our commercial security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support to customers, resolving\ncomplex technical issues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in commercial security\ntechnologies and products.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement\ntechnical facilitation strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and\nprovide recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of technical\nSupport processes and tools.
• Develop & maintain the Technical Support Knowledge\nBase and Content on the Customer Portal.
• Conduct Technical Knowledge sharing Sessions for internal\nand external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key\nstakeholders, including customers and internal teams.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in technical support\nor a similar role
• Expertise in commercial security technologies and products.\nAccess Control, CCTV and Intrusion products.
• Strong problem-solving and thoughtful abilities
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple\nprojects and tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.\nFrench would be an added advantage.
• Expertise on Microsoft Windows, SQL and TCP/IP Networks.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding a team.
• Strong customer focus and dedication to customer\nsatisfaction
