Experienced Trainer (Project Amber)
Conducts new hire training in a classroom or virtual setting.​ Conducts continuous education or up-training sessions.​ Completes monthly phone time requirements as established by the regional training leader. Reports on the progress of assigned projects to the Training Manager.​ Maintains positive, consistent communication with departments and corporate staff.​ Maintains ongoing dialogue with department heads as needed.​ Assists training and other functional departments with any other necessary functions. At least 6+ months of training/teaching experience required with the ability to grasp cultural nuances across different regions. ​Ability to effectively organize work and priorities against deadlines. Strong negotiation skills, effective communication and classroom management skills. Proficiency of presentation and listening skills. ​Knowledge of adult learning techniques and best practices in training delivery. ​Experience with content creating and design of training material.Advanced English level (oral & written), CEFR Level C1-C2.​Capable to work at home and on-site. No restriction having rotative schedules (AM/PM/Midnight shift), including weekends. Candidates might be subject to drug test.
