Ericsson is looking for a new member to join the Design and User Experience team. In this role, you'll work on diverse projects, applying both quantitative and qualitative research methods to solve challenges in our software portfolio through user experience measurement, data collection, and analysis.

Your main goal will be to establish a data-driven research culture by using various research methods, collecting and analyzing data, and interpreting findings with the right tools. You'll also contribute to usability case studies for our new usability lab, leading research plans, recruiting participants, and conducting usability tests.
Key Responsibilities:
To succeed in this role, you need:
Experience in human-centered design or service design.A degree in Anthropology, HCI, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.At least 5 years of industry research experience.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.Demonstrated success in applying various user research methods.Relevant product research experience in end-to-end, usability, or generative settings.
