Experienced Veterinary Assistant

VCA North Portland Veterinary Hospital located in Portland, OR is looking for an Veterinary Assistant to join our Patient Care Team!

Schedule: Full-time opportunity. 4/10’s

Compensation: Starting at $19 – 21 / hour. Pay is dependent on experience and licensure.

Qualifications:

6+ months of experience in a veterinary hospital or a current Veterinary Technician studentStrong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate care to patients and their owners.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Familiarity with AAHA standards and a commitment to upholding them.
