What You’ll Do As the Experimental Parts Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including: • Creating and editing manufacturing routings to ensure processes run smoothly. • Generating laser operation programs and troubleshooting to optimize production. • Reviewing and interpreting manufactured part prints and drawings. • Managing inventory checks and forecasts to maintain seamless operations. • Transferring stock between departments and collaborating with Supply Management on availability of purchased parts. • Updating and analyzing data reports in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. • Occasionally drawing or modeling simple parts for shop use. On the shop floor, you’ll troubleshoot part requests from engineers and review laser programs and processes to ensure quality standards are met. Requirements What You’ll Use You’ll hone your skills with advanced systems and tools, including: • SAP – for inventory management and other workflows. • CREO and AutoCAD – to review and model parts or designs. • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – to analyze and present data effectively. What You Bring We’re looking for someone with these key qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. • Highly organized with great communication skills to liaise between departments. • Detail-oriented and data-savvy, with experience in inventory management. • Fluency and comfort with computers and technical systems. If you have experience reading 2D drawings/prints and a strong background in a manufacturing setting, that is highly preferred! Experience with CREO, AutoCAD, SAP, or Power BI, as well as mechanical aptitude or knowledge of sheet metal and fabrication, will give you an edge. Requirements • A 2-year degree in Pre-Engineering, Manufacturing/Engineering Technology, Computer-Aided Drafting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Onsite availability – this is not a remote role, so you’ll need to collaborate in-person with our dynamic team. • Candidates must have work authorization in place, as VISA sponsorship is not available for this position.
