What you will do:
Lead and deliver Data & Martech strategy consulting engagements to drive impact and best in class solutioning for our clients and ensure a future-ready data foundation to enable their digital business & marketing transformation.Assess & analyze our clients’ key business priorities and related data & martech capabilities to guide them on their journey to higher customer data, intelligence & marketing maturity, that integrates marketing technologies with advanced data, identity & insights capabilities to drive business growth.Develop tailored recommendations and reasoning leveraging best practices for the use of customer data & intelligence through a state-of-the-art martech stack including the effective use of customer data platforms & data management tools, the assurance of data quality & governance, a scalable ID strategy, pervasive consent & preference management, effective activation, data clean rooms and measurement.Deliver findings and recommendations in standardized deliverables, including prioritized use case profiles, current state data, tech and privacy capability assessments, future state design, gap analysis, solution architectures, requirements, activity prioritization, RACIs and actionable roadmaps.
Work in a cross-functional team of data strategists, data analysts, experience and technical experts in client engagements, incl. SME’s & solution architects from our primary tech partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, leading practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our services remain cutting-edge.
What you will have:
BA/BS in a related field or equivalent work experience.8+ years of professional experience in strategic consulting with a focus on data strategy and Martech, with a solid track record in digital marketing and data-driven strategies.Proven experience in successfully delivering projects that enabled growth and drove measurable impact for clients.Proven experience in customer data (1P, 2P, 3P) as key asset in a marketing context, for marketing innovation and transformation as well as enterprise adoption. Experience in data-driven marketing, campaign development, measurement, and optimization.
Deep experience with the Martech ecosystem, Customer Data Platforms, respective tools (ETL, Processing, marketing automation etc.), data management platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Cloud), Journey Orchestration & measurement tools.
Proven sales support experience, contributing to proposals, developing scope, roadmap and drafting solutions based on client requirements, e.g. sales experience in a consulting context (proposals, pitches, solutioning)
Experience designing and supporting the implementation of "data-driven" decision-making processes and understanding their business implications using quantitative and analytical skills, ideally supplemented with knowledge of data monetization and data value generation models
Expertise in interpreting business challenges from non-technical individuals and translate them into data requirements and strategic recommendations
Experience working in cross-functional teams and interacting with various stakeholders (business, IT, operations, design, etc.) to understand business requirements and identify value-add opportunities for data usage, data products, and analytics solutions
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentation skillsExperience working in intercultural and interdisciplinary project teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore)
