Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are responsible for the preparation and maintenance of construction cost benchmarks based on internal Siemens Healthineers projects and external reference projectsYour tasks include the compilation of cost estimates and project budgets in cooperation with the project manager and project team in consideration of the life cycle costs and post project phase calculationYou analyze and evaluate the cost calculations of the architects and engineers for completeness, plausibility and economic feasibility (incl. utilization costs)You develop and maintain a database for national (German) and international construction costsYou develop strategies for efficient project planning and project controlYou are preparing and maintaining construction cost market reports, that are relevant for the organization

Your qualifications and experience:

You have successfully completed studies as a civil engineer, architect or industrial engineer, supply engineer with focus on construction or a comparable degreeYou have long-term professional experience in the area of building cost determinationYou have very profound skills in Benchmarking comparisonConfident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel (Office 365 and ideally AVA and cost controlling software knowledge)


Your attributes and skills:

You have very good English-language skills and ideally are also fluent in GermanYou are able to work with technical and non-technical business owners/partners to overcome obstacles and deliver resultsYou are a teamplayer and enjoy cross-departmental work as well as quick comprehension and analytical thinkingYou have structured and flexible working methods paired with a pronounced cost awareness
