Expert HR Projects & Processes

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Optimization of HR workflows and processes on an international level, especially regarding standardization, efficiency increase and automation Management of and participation in various HR projects Support in the further development and standardization of international HR reporting, especially via SAP HCM, SAP Analytics Cloud and Business Warehouse Analyses, conceptions and implementation in the field of data-driven / data-based HR (data usage, analysis options, etc.)

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

Completed university degree in the field of business informatics or similar Very good knowledge of HR systems SAP HCM, SuccessFactors modules and SAP Business Warehouse  Very good written and spoken English skills; German language skills are a plus Good business knowledge Experience in international project work, project management and project leadership Holistic process-oriented thinking and high goal orientation Very good knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
