Expert in Product Technical Complaints with English 

 

 What you do:

 

Process of Product Technical Complaint Cases, including receiving of complaints, entering into internal IT Tool, processing and final closingAssign appropriate initial risk classification after review of all relevant case informationIdentify escalation needs and notification Apply country specific requirements and product specific requirements during processing of Technical Complaint CasesSupport the sample handling and reimbursement processCreate letters to complainants and 3rd party companiesMaintain interfaces and communication with internal and external call centers, manufacturing sites, Country Quality Units and complainants to obtain complete case information and investigate thoroughlyPrepare standardized KPI reporting’sEnsure an appropriate documentation, archiving and record-keeping process in compliance with applicable regulations and standard operating proceduresProvide first support in escalation management and problem solutionCollaborate with local Bayer QA function and other functions regarding Product technical complaints handling. e.g. pharmacovigilance, logistics etc.Identify best practices, continuous improvement and efficiencies relating to processes, SOPs, guiding documents, training and technologySupport internal and external inspections/audits by providing subject matter expertise and product and country specific knowledgementCoordinate and perform trainings as needed, e.g. continuous training of SSC staff and new departmental employees nsure compliance with applicable regulations and SDs



Who you are:

 

 

Medical/pharmaceutical educational background Proven professional experience in the respective complaints/quality assurance areaUnderstanding of the end-to-end process of complianceExpert knowledge of the relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP)Computer literacy, ability to use the office suiteAbility to lead teleconferences in an international contextEnglish at least B2 written and spokenAdditional language on B2 knowledge level - will be beneficialAnalytical skills and attention to detailStrong customer focus, managing complexity, instill trust competencies  YOUR APPLICATION
