The Resource Pool is a highly trained, team-oriented group of nurses. Shadyside’s Resource Pool provides ad hoc staffing solutions for nursing units that are reflective of their census and acuity at the time. Working in the Resource Pool you must be especially flexible, knowledgeable, and responsive. Ongoing education is valued, supported, and encouraged making it a great unit for nurses seeking to expand their clinical knowledge.
