What you’ll do:

As a People & Culture (P&C) Expert HR Business Partner for the Office of the CEO (OCEO), you’ll be a strategic partner to the executive and executive leadership teams in the office of the CEO organization.

You will play a vital role as a trusted partner, providing HR expertise and support for SAP’s Next Level Transformation, change management, and talent development.

 

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide outstanding strategic consulting to the Senior Leadership Team combined with high operational excellence to accelerate SAP’s Next Level of Transformation Act as coach for Executives. Drive the people agenda and strategic priorities and ensure consistent execution within Business Area while influencing scalable solutions with P&C Services and P&C Practices (Global Total Rewards, Talent Discovery, Diversity & Inclusion etc.) Provide thought-leadership and contribute to enhancement of talent management and leadership capabilities. Translating business-specific needs towards P&C and vice versa while driving people and organizational initiatives to facilitate business transformation and cultural change. Drive Talent Development and advise on skill gap analysis for the organization via global programs and processes. Manage implementation of HR processes and employee lifecycle events (#unfiltered, Goal Planning, ACR)

 

What you bring:

Min of 5 years relevant experience in People & Culture/HR Business partner roles, ideally in a matrixed and international environment. Good understanding of SAP’s Strategy, Business Model, and organizational set-up. High integrity, with the confidence to handle sensitive matters and data. Strong strategic influencing skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to think strategically, lead a transformation, and advise on change management. Demonstrated commitment to fostering a growth mindset, continuous learning, and adaptability  High personal accountability and resilience with the ability to thrive in change Client-focused. Focus on driving innovative, simple, pragmatic solutions to ensure customer success. Solid consulting and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with high-level stakeholders. Analytical problem solving and decision-making skills to be able to translate business requirements into clear P&C requirements. Experience in workforce management and skill assessments is an asset. Proven experience in driving change and transformation initiatives with a big level business impact. Excellent communication and presentation skills (English verbal & written)

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 141,800-323,900 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
