►Organize, implement and coordinate PT product and application trainings and events within the CSO (Country sales organisation)
►Conceptualize training material (presentations, worksheets etc.) and coordinate trainings & qualification in local languages for PT internal staff, PT customers (dealers/ users) and external services (promoters, merchandisers and demonstrators)
►Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
►Provide application support in CSO (Country sales organisation)
►Provide a link to access PT Academy, PT Forum and Encyclopedia of PT
►Initiate product launch and marketing concept related activities together with UJM
►Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
►Observe and evaluate results of training programs
►Determine overall effectiveness of programs and suggest improvements
