Responsibilities Analyze Policies, regarding Business and Technical ContinuityPerforming research and data analysis to identify business trends and relevant issuesDrafting program requirements based on research dataDrafting and revising procedural documentsDocumenting all program changesEvaluating program and operational effectivenessCollaborating with Program Managers to develop and implement new programsTracking performance metrics across the organizationPresenting recommendations to management and other stakeholdersPerforming data validation and quality control checks to show adherence to study protocolsValidate and provide recommendations to improve contingency design and business processesDrafting new or revised policies and proceduresAssisting program managers with the development of budgets and schedules as well as tracking metricsAssessing and advising on potential issues related to costs, schedules, and performanceAdvising program managers with regard to planning, testing, and implementing new programs or systemsIdentifying and resolving issues and problems.Planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of operations and programsPreparing and presenting reports and recommendations  Qualifications Expert experience in directing teams and discussion with team of various levelsExpert Knowledge applying Best Business Practices, Industry standards, key concepts, factors and risks based on conversations and document these in clear and concise narrative or graphic reportsExperience Analyze Policies and Business and Technical ContinuityExperience Conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reportsExperience Determining program requirements and making recommendationsAbility to analyze programs, policies, procedures, and systems and making recommendations to optimize these

Education:

Master's Degree in the Business Discipline PLUS 15 Years of experienceTen (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education

 

Clearance: 

The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation 

 

Location:

Remote, USAMonday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)

 

Pay Range:

The pay for this position ranges from $72,730 to $93,500The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and locationAlso, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonusesTISTA associates are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits plan!
