Expert Russia Threat Seminars Facilitator Job Category: Training Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * **The Opportunity:** The Russia Threat seminars provide CI Agents with advanced knowledge of priority threat country methodologies and current tactics, techniques and procedures. The CI SME facilitator supporting the threat seminars is required to deliver country-specific instruction, lead small group discussions and provide context for any lessons provided by a guest lecturer. As the CISME, you shall identify and schedule guest lecturers, from academia and the IC, with unique knowledge of the threat country and must coordinate building access to guest lecturer. Guest lecturers are used on an as-needed basis to provide a block of instruction in one or multiple courses and iterations within the scope of the statement of work . Each guest lecturer must be vetted by the vendor and approved by the COR and Government Technical POC prior to delivering instruction at JCITA Guest lecturers are only .compensated for the time spent delivering a pre-approved block of instruction and applicable travel costs. Supporting the threat seminars requires minimal work after hours and occasional CONUS travel. **Responsibilities:** + You are responsible for providing world-class, Russia CI SME Threat seminars to CI Agents + Plan, develop, and execute training certification for Russia CI SME Threat seminars in accordance with DoDInstruction S-5240.09. + Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel withintheNCR and CONUS. + You will provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in Russia AOR + Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks. **Qualifications:** + TS/SCI and CI polygraph or ability to obtain poly. + A minimum often (10) years' experience serving as a subject matter expert in support of Cl Campaigns or DIA Regional Centers, or IC equivalent and possess knowledge of FIE threat methodologies and TIP. + Former badged and credentialed CI Agent - ______________________________________________________________________________ **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
