Position Responsibilities

As Expert Technology Lead (Consumer) at AT&T, and a member of the Empowered Product Team, this role ensures the technical feasibility and successful delivery of products by leading agile development, managing technical risks, providing expert technical guidance, and balancing agility with quality through effective QA protocols. Additionally, this role is responsible for communicating product vision, roadmap, and development progress from a technical perspective to executive leadership and peers.

·Manages technical interfaces and assessments

·Balances agility and quality with QA protocols

·Accountable for technical feasibility and delivery of products

·Builds tech solutions by iteratively translating customer needs and business constraints into working prototypes

·Advises on best possible technical and innovative approaches

·Leads proactive assessment, discovery of downstream impacts (e.g., network)

·Leads team of engineers and developers for product build-out

·Acts as technical interface to third party and internal partners (e.g., solution architects)

·Strikes right balance of agility and quality with testing and QA protocols

Qualifications

·Preferred technical Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

·Experience working with highly technical software products.

·Expert-level, real-world experience in design (10+ years) with working knowledge of managing projects independently.

·Full stack development and Automating code delivery and testing.

·Building scalable SW products that customers buy.

·Deep insights into enabling technology. ​
