Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Houston site is looking for a new Expo and Events Logistics Expert focused on International Business to join our Expo & Events team. **Your Role** As our Expo and Events Logistics Expert focused on International Business, you will support our international operations exhibitions team by coordinating end to end shipments in and out of the events, quoting clients, managing internal and external agents, and working on budget control. In this exciting opportunity in our new business unit, you will also have global travel opportunities available to support onsite handling and final mile delivery. **Your Responsibilities** + Support our current client portfolio, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention + Secure our client needs and expectations via engagement in person or online mediums + Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services, monitoring project progress and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services + Engage with clients on exhibition schedules, pricing, and operational delivery + Oversee and coordinate multimodal logistic requirements for our event customer base, ensuring the efficient and timely booking of large, time-sensitive freight + Monitor shipment progress, addressing any logistical challenges that arise, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and on-time delivery + Onsite project management of events supporting the management team in developing project management plans and delivery for events across multiple locations + Assist in setting up and managing our event infrastructure + Coordinate with local vendors and service providers **Your Skills and Experiences** + 3+ years live eventsindustry experience + Proven experiencemanaging vendor relationships + Project managementcertification beneficial: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, etc + Comfortable with someinternational travel alongside a 30% domestic travel requirement **Good Reasons to Join** There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
