Position:Export Analyst

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage export and virtual operations and ensure compliance to all laws and regulations.Responsible for the communication of information regarding the resolution of customer issues dealing with transportation pickups, claims, and the incorrect receiving of assets at a processing plant.Communicate shipping information to sales customer. Communicate with carriers.  Assist in shipping requests by processing shipping report in order to set up and contact carriers for pickup.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of related experience.Experience with export operations and virtual operations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft ExcelBachelor’s degree in international business or international trade.

Even better if you have:

Experience with Oracle and Aranxel is a plus.Experience with IMMEX program.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
