Our client, Acushnet Company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills to ensure the smooth flow of international shipments. **Job Title: Export Associate** **Shift / Location:** 8:30am to 5pm. This is a hybrid position that is in Lakeville, MA offices typically Tues-Thurs but may need flexibility as needed **Length of Assignment:** Minimum of 6 months **Pay Range:** $30/ hr **What’s the Job?** + **Create all necessary export documentation** : Prepare Bill of Lading (BOL), Dock Receipt, Shipper's Export Declaration, Commercial Invoice, and 78515 Bonded Shipment Documentation for FTZ to ensure compliance and successful international shipments. + **Generate and utilize reports** : Extract and analyze data from the warehouse management system to create accurate and timely export documentation. + **Ensure compliance with documentation standards** : Follow established processes to meet documentation standards, preventing late deliveries and avoiding potential fines. + **Coordinate and monitor shipment assembly** : Oversee the assembly of overseas containers, ensuring adherence to FTZ guidelines and efficient organization of container loads using AGS and WMS. + **Provide status updates and resolve issues** : Communicate shipment readiness to International Customer Service, research and address any issues related to international shipments, and ensure correct allocation of freight costs. + **Support scheduling and pickups** : Collaborate with export freight forwarders to schedule shipments and pickups, maintain the export schedule, and share updates with the Outbound Operations Team to meet customer service goals. **What’s Needed?** + Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, supply chain, purchasing, and logistics, with expertise in creating and reviewing export documents. + Proficiency in AGS, Integration Point, One Source, and Warehouse Management Systems. + Ability to move between office, shipping dock, and exterior trailer yard as required. + Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing requirements under deadline pressure. + Excellent written and oral communication skills for professional interactions with internal and external contacts and customers. **What’s in it for me?** + Opportunity to work with a leading golf equipment company + Collaborative and inclusive work environment with a focus on integrity and respect. + Medical / Dental / Retirement after 90 days + Career development opportunities within a leading company.
