Our customers’ and Syntelligent’s success are built upon the core values of People First, Integrity & Accountability, Mission Driven, Community Focus and Team Oriented.    Syntelligent is seeking a full-time Export Compliance Specialist (Mid Level) with a Secret Clearance to support a funded government contract near Arlington, VA.   Duties • Assist the Government in facilitating export-related policy activities and support the Program Export Compliance Office including preparation and coordination of presentations for committee review, interacting with applicable interagency partners such as Department of State for export licenses, and interpreting/maintaining export-related documentation.   Required Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge and experience with International Traffic in Arms regulations (ITAR) licensing applications and review process. Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft programs and systems. Air Combat Command (ACC) and/or Acquisition background. Demonstrated knowledge of Air Staff/OSD organizations and processes Knowledge of Service and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs. Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated knowledge of flat-level briefings and senior Principal-level interface. Negotiation abilities: able to work with multiple organizations to reach outcomes.    Years of Experience/Education Requirements Bachelors Degree or 5-7 years of experience related to the labor category   Clearance Secret Travel Must be willing to travel short term. The salary ranges for this position will be in the 55,000-65,000 per year range, this will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, Spot bonuses, and program-specific awards. In addition, Syntelligent provides a variety of benefits to all our Full-Time employees.
