Export Coordinators Supervisor

If you have a passion for international trade, leadership, and operational efficiency, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact with a global industry leader! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be** + Consult with those who perform export duties for international shipments from North American plants, service centers, parts warehouse and other distribution locations. + Coordinate as necessary with Fisher Project Management, Sales, and International Sales to coordinate timely shipment of projects. + Review the management of orders through a variety of web-based tools. + Provide training and support for Export Coordinators, international offices/contacts/representatives using Fisher system information. + Oversee the correct completion of all documents and retrieval in accordance with record keeping requirements. + Correspond with external organizations such as customs agents, freight forwarders and carriers. + Handle confidential information such as: customer contracts, pricing and special credit terms, representative commission data and customer invoicing, carrier rates, drop shipment information, letters of credit, and certificates of origin. + Ensure compliance with international laws, regulations, and procedures regarding movement of goods. + Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. + Responsible for communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results through performance reviews, coaching, counseling and mentoring. + Recommends hiring of new employees and in maintaining staff through orienting and training. + Resolves personnel issues by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions and recommending action. + Setting of goals and objectives. **Who You Are:** You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.
