Job Summary

As a Brook Valley Export team member, your primary responsibility is to perform your duties according to company procedures and is a way that exceeds our customers’ expectations as their satisfaction is our #1objective.

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

Loading and unloading trucks promptly and safelyReceive and store incoming materials according to warehouse standardsAdheres to all safety practices when operating in the warehouseMoving materials within the facility as neededDocuments movement and weights for warehouse tracking systemPerforms equipment inspection as directed and documents subsequent actionsConnecting dock plates as neededMaintaining organization and cleanliness of staged and stored product

Position Qualifications:

A Valid driver’s licenseWillingness to submit for a drug screenOperates material handling equipment safely, utilizing personal protective equipmentAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to communicate with floor supervisors and co-workersDemonstrated ability to meet deadlinesAbility to sit at least 8 hours a dayAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds when necessaryAbility to speak conversational EnglishAdhering to company attendance requirementsPrevious forklift driving experience preferred
