What you will do:

Leads the team responsible for Machine and Work tools orders for North and South American dealers, supporting compliance and dealer support on Ordering, invoicing and Caterpillar interface with dealers.

Managing the orders flow from the dealer to the factory and thru the life cycle of the order changes up to the invoice to the dealer.

Managing the development, implementation and maintenance of import and export compliance policies and procedures.

Providing support to product groups and diverse Caterpillar organizations in front of the dealer within the orders environment.

Supporting documentation in a timely manner to assure machines will be delivered as promised.

Skill Descriptors

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Cross-Team Integration: Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results; ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team.

Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.

Transportation - MFG: Knowledge of transportation; ability to transport materials and goods to and from suppliers, distribution centers,manufacturing facilities and customers.
