You will capture, enter and validate customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, using all methods and all order types.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing orders and verifying stock levels to make sure the order can be fulfilledManaging export process, organizing transportation for the orders in close cooperation with the 3rd party distributorsBuilding strong relationship with customers and providing them with best-in-class serviceSolving problems or issues which might occur during the export processBringing ideas on improving current processes and ways of workingWhat you need to be successful:
Previous experience in Customers Service and Logistics roleFluency in EnglishAbility to build strong and long term business relationship with clients and business partnersProblem solving and multitasking skillsGood organization and priority setting skillsMS Excel skills – SAP knowledge will be a strong plusGood knowledge of the total supply chain/order-to-cash processDo you want to join our TREE family?
