**Adecco Staffing is looking for qualified Export Specialists for a manufacturing facility located in Bedford, MA.** **This is a temp to perm opportunity on 1st shift! Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience with domestic & international shipping!** **Hours:  ** Monday – Friday 9am-5pm **Pay:      ** $27 **Job Description:** · Prepares all required documentation to expedite shipments via truck, air or courier. · Reserves space for shipments through the consignee’s freight forwarder with airline, vessel or trucking companies. · Coordinate with Warehouse and Customer Service to efficiently meet customer shipment deadlines, monitor customer shipments to ensure timely delivery. · Prepares all necessary export documentation including commercial invoice, proforma invoice, shippers export declaration, certificates of origin, dangerous goods declaration(to include IATA, DOT & IMO) and cites permits. · Coordinates with outside agencies, i.e. freight forwarders, airlines, carriers and customers, to meet the demands of our customers for on time delivery **Desired Experience/Qualification:** · 3-5 years in Exports · Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP · Attention to Detail **Pay Details:** $27.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
