About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Export Specialist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis in Listowel.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient export operations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of global logistics are essential for this role.
This is a full-time position, working from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. We offer a hybrid working pattern, with three days in the office (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) and two days working from home (Tuesday and Thursday).
During the probation period of 6 months, presence in the office is required for all 5 days.

Key responsibilitiesPrepare and process export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., shipping, logistics) and external parties (e.g., customers, customs brokers) to ensure timely and accurate document delivery. Ensure compliance with domestic and international export regulations. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to documentation. Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and related correspondence. Stay updated with changes in export laws and regulations and implement necessary changes in procedures. Provide customer service and support to clients regarding shipment details and documentation requirements. Qualifications and skills
Proven experience in export documentation or a related field. Third Level Education. Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export procedures (preferable). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office. High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of a second language can be a plus. This role is essential for ensuring smooth and legal international trade operations.
